1080grind was born from love.

A family owned and operated small batch coffee roasting business located in the unspoilt picturesque coastline of Mystery Bay near the rolling hills of Tilba on the far south coast of NSW, Australia.

Operated exclusively by husband and wife team Kylie and Paul McGrath, their love for one another and for fine coffee brought forward the desire to create something unique and unparalleled in todays extensive coffee roasting industry.

With Kylie’s expert, high end Barista skills and Paul’s experienced marketing and sales techniques, and the desire for them both to perfect the art of coffee roasting, what better a team, and reason for them to come closer together and bring forward this unique product, 1080Grind.

Precision and consistency is key to a perfect roast, every time.

These beliefs are underlying factors used in the entire process from sustainably sourcing our premium grade naturally processed beans from Ethiopia and Central to South America to bring forward our signature blends, and in perfecting every single roast.

Our roasters are our babies. We pamper and fuss over them daily.

Their fine tuned adjustments combined with our attention to detail come together to produce our magical blends in every batch via our perfected profiles.
